| SPEAKER  Matt Croucher, Director of Demand Side Analytics, CPS Energy
Dr. Matthew Croucher leads the Demand Side Analytics group at CPS Energy, one of the nation’s largest municipally-owned gas and electric utilities. Matt and his team oversee the company’s load research, the development of short and long-term forecasts for energy demand, the effectiveness of demand response, energy efficiency, and customer related research, and he leads the big data analytics efforts for the company. Before joining CPS Energy Matt held various positions at Arizona Public Service Company. He was also an Assistant Research Professor in the Department of Economics in the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Dr. Croucher earned his B.A. in Economics at the University of Sheffield (England), followed by his M.S. and Ph.D. in Economics from Arizona State University. |
